*Gen2 devices are clearly marked: the outer box will have ‘Gen2’ printed on it, and the device itself will have a round silver sticker labeled ‘Gen2’ on the bottom. If you do not see Gen2 on the box or the sticker on the bottom of the device then it is NOT Gen2.
